Refunds and replacements
An unused product may be returned at the store within _________ days of purchase . The customer has to produce the invoice at the counter or to the store manager. The store manager may issue the refund or replacement after considering your complaints and as per the terms and conditions.
Non-food Special Purchase returns and exchanges
You should retain the packaging and sales receipt for non-food Special Purchase products. Some products maybe covered by manufacturers' limited warranty. Kindly, go through the terms and conditions of the warranty provided.  If any product is defective upon first use, you can return it to the 6Ten store from where you bought it. You must return it in original packing along with the invoice for an exchange or to claim refund. 

If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period you can write to 6Ten at the address given below. You should include the following in your complaint.

  • Your name, address, and contact number
  • A description of the defective item
  • A description of the defect
  • A copy of your receipt.

Please, don’t enclose the defective item. We will contact you if it can be replaced.
